Providing direct freshwater access to Lake Washington, the Newport Shores Boat Launch is one of the most accessible public launch sites on the east side of the lake. Conveniently located in south Bellevue right off Interstate 90, this facility serves as an ideal launch point for powerboating, watersports, fishing, and paddling across the central and southern basins of Lake Washington.

Dedicated Launch & Retrieval Lanes: Features a structured two-lane setup with one lane dedicated to launching watercraft and one for retrieving to streamline traffic flow.
Ample Trailer Parking: Offers approximately 65 paved parking stalls specifically allocated for vehicles with boat trailers.
Card-Only Automated Kiosk: Features an automated pay station near the ramp entrance for fast, hassle-free fee payment.
On-Site Restrooms: Clean, public restroom facilities are located adjacent to the parking area for visitor convenience.

Fee & Parking Information

Daily launch fees are required for all trailered watercraft using the ramp. Payment is collected at the self-service pay station upon arrival.

Due to heavy watercraft traffic on summer weekends, boaters are encouraged to prepare their vessel in the staging area prior to backing down the ramp lane.
